MyAccess is intended for use by the UCSF Community, including faculty, staff, students and affiliates.
By using this system, you understand and consent to the following:

Use of the UCSF network is governed by the UC Electronic Communications Policy.
This Policy is accessible at: http://policy.ucop.edu/doc/7000470. - Users are responsible for protecting their credentials from unauthorized use.
- Unauthorized use may result in criminal, civil, or administrative actions.
Please contact the Service Desk immediately at 415-514-4100 if you believe your credential (login) has been compromised.
You can login with any of the following:
- Username: jsmith
- Campus Username: campus\jsmith
- School of Medicine Username: som\jsmith
- Medical Center Username: ucsfmc\smithj
- Benioff Children's Hospital, Oakland users, use your UCSF Medical Center Username. ucsfmc\smithj
- UCSF Email Address: [email protected]
If you're having trouble using MyAccess, try resetting your password:
